Enquiries are delivered by email and a restricted local recovery copy is kept for no more than 90 days. Email correspondence may be retained longer where needed to answer the enquiry, manage the resulting business relationship, meet legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims.
Security records
The website uses a one-way hash of the IP address for rate limiting; the state file contains timestamps and is deleted after no more than 24 hours. Normal infrastructure logs may contain technical identifiers under the hosting and security providers' retention controls. Access is restricted and the information is used for operation, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
Cookies and local storage
The enquiry form uses an essential session cookie to protect submissions against cross-site request forgery. The catalogue may use essential session, language or currency cookies. If a submission fails, selected form values may be kept temporarily in the browser's session storage so you do not have to type the enquiry again. No advertising cookies are intentionally used by this site unless separately disclosed.
